We have a seven day return policy, which means you have seven days from placing the order to requesting a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, in its original packaging.

As TowelTote is a tiny beach business, buyers must pay postage for all returns.
